COSY CATCH UP: Bookopoly Challenge Update & Fantastic February

Cosy Catch Up. banner

So, its been ages since I did one of these, but I am hoping to do one of these once a month. This should combine an update on my Bookopoly Challenge, along with what I plan to read the following month. So as the saying goes; “ON WITH THE SHOW!”

Bookopoly Challenge update

In January, I have managed to read 4 books in my bookopoly challenge. This ended up totaling £0.98 in my tin. I think this is a reasonable start and am rather proud that I stuck to popping in the values for my books. Below is breakdown of the books I managed to complete.

FEBRUARY BOOK CHALLENGE – FANTASTIC FEBRUARY

I have been in search of some sort of list or reference blog in order to find out what the upcoming Reading Challenges are. By chance, I came across @readathonnews on Twitter. From there, I noticed that @booksandmunches is hosting a Fantastic February Book Challenge.I have since decided that this is going to be my first challenge of the year. Below are the books I would like to try to read in February. I know I won’t get to them all, but this feels like a good start.

  1. Iron Gold by Pierce Brown
  2. Selin Ascends by Josiah Bancroft
  3. Age of Assassins  (The Wounded Kingdom #1) by R.J. Barker
  4. Blood of Assassins (The Wounded Kingdom #2) by R.J. Barker

There may be other books that fall into the category, but these are the four  I would really like to read in the month of February. I will also have my book club read and some other blog tour reviews, so the chances of clearing all of these aren’t high, but I do hope to get through them.

That’s all for now, but be sure to stop by and check up on my progress.
